Adding E-Signature
Export PDF with your e-signature.
Once your account is created in a system, you can navigate to your Profile from the Right Hand Top menu. Click on your Avatar Image and then click on "Profile".
From this section, you can upload your e-signature (png image with maximum 20kb size) or you can draw the signature in a "Draw Signature" panel. Once upload Click on "Add" button to save the uploaded image or "Save current signature image." in-case you are using the "Draw" option.
Once saved, this image will automatically start reflecting on the PDFs that you Export from the system.
If you are an Approver, whenever you approve any record, system will prompt you to add your Login Password, and after password authentication, your signature will be fetched and will be linked with the Approval.
E-Signature can also be used, when you create a Custom HTML Form, and when Employee Field's "Ask for Signature" option is checked. With this settings, whenever someone selects the Employee from the drop-down, system will ask for Password Authentication and then once authenticated, e-signature will be added.
