Create users, employees, branches, departments, documents, processes and custom forms without per-seat charges. Cloud billing combines a monthly USD 80 API charge with storage priced by usage band.
Your trial lasts 15 days. The first invoice is issued one month after the trial ends and invoices have seven credit days.

Instance retention
An overdue instance becomes inactive and is retained for one month. It can be restored after pending invoices are cleared.
