CFR & EU Annex 11 compliance
As part of CFR compliance & EU Annex 11's Section 14, Electronic Signatures are included in the the software. Every document you create on the server is stored on a secured location. These documents are not available for direct downloads. You can only export these documents via PDF.
While you want to export the PDF document, system will ask you to either draw you signature onto the canvas or fetch the already saved signature from your profile. User can only access & edit his/her own signature. User can navigate to his/her profile and upload existing signature saved in PNG (image) format. The uploaded signature image will be stored on a secured location on the system. While downloading the PDF you can fetch this signature and attach the signature to the document.

This signature will be available on the footer of each page along with the information such as download timestamp and username. Each Pdf will also have a system defined issue no which will be linked with the user. Hence any PDF document can be traced back to its origin.

Centralized Data
Users can open these shared documents from within the system, add their data and save them onto the system without any need to download/ upload. All data is stored in a singled location and can be accessed secuerly.
Drag and Drop
To store this data in SQL format instead of Document format, you are free to build HTML forms within the system by using our Drag-and-Drop feature.
Digital Signature
Digitally sign all your QMS document while downloading them in PDF format. You can draw your signature or upload existing signature to the system.
