Enter credentials
The user starts with their normal FlinkISO username and password.
A second check at sign-in
When two-factor authentication is enabled, FlinkISO sends a one-time verification code to the user’s registered email address during login. Access is completed only after the password and current code are accepted.
Login sequence
The user starts with their normal FlinkISO username and password.
The system sends a one-time code to the email address registered for that user.
The user enters the current code to complete authentication.
After successful verification, normal role and record-access permissions apply.
Layered security
Two-factor authentication verifies the login. FlinkISO then continues to apply the user’s configured application, document, module and record permissions.
Define password strength, reuse and change-frequency rules for the instance.
Review password controls →Control which application areas and actions are available to each user.
Open access-control guide →Use branch, department, designation and user sharing for controlled documents.
Explore document management →Keep a traceable record of user sessions and activity within the system.
Explore audit trails →Users need a valid registered email address, and the FlinkISO instance must be able to send outgoing email. Administrators should verify delivery before making two-factor authentication mandatory for operational users.
