Prepare and add your Change Control Document & Change Control Process Document to the system. Change controll process document must be added as a chiild document to change control document. One the documents are added, you can create one table each form each document.
When you use our Available Forms, HTML form similer to the following will be added to the system with validations.
After adding change control form, proceed with adding Control Of Document : Process form, from the available forms.
This form will be visible to users when status of Change Control Form is Open. To add data for this form, use must goto View page of the Control Of Document record.
Configure your newly built HTML form to send automated email triggers to all the HoDs to login to the system and add their feedback/ responses under Control Of Document : Process form. They can view and add their responsed from the Document Change Control Form's view page.
You can Lock the document for which you are adding a change request for from the Change Control form's Lock Record section. Document selected under "Document For Change" field will not be available for edits and Notice Dislaying "This document is locked, as there is an open change request against the document." which have added under "Message" sectin will be displayed at the top of the document view page.
