Payment applies when you choose services such as the Form Creation API, guided implementation, priority support or a FlinkISO-hosted cloud environment. You can begin free and add only the services that solve a specific need.

Common questions
Choosing between free and paid services
Does the free application expire?
No. The self-hosted FlinkISO application does not expire, and there is no per-user licence fee.
Is local AI chat available to free users?
Yes. You can connect FlinkISO to your own locally installed AI server and use AI chat without buying a FlinkISO plan. Your organisation provides and operates the AI server and model.
What happens to forms created using AI or the API when a subscription ends?
The forms are generated and installed on your own system. They continue to work as they are after the subscription ends. Active API access is only required to generate, regenerate or structurally modify a form.
How many forms can I create?
There is no restriction on the number of forms you can create while your Form Creation API access is active.
Are there any restrictions on concurrent users?
No. FlinkISO supports unlimited concurrent users in both the free application and paid plans.
Is ONLYOFFICE free?
Yes. The Community Edition of ONLYOFFICE is free and can be installed with your self-hosted FlinkISO environment.
Can I create forms using only AI?
No. AI can help define and edit the form specification, but an active Form Creation API subscription or included API access is required to generate or regenerate the working form and its application structure.
Does a paid plan unlock additional QMS modules?
No. All current QMS modules are included with the free application. Paid plans cover API access, hosting, installation, training, customisation or direct support rather than unlocking a separate set of modules.
Are documents or records limited in the free application?
FlinkISO does not impose an application limit on the number of QMS records, documents or users in a self-hosted installation. Available server storage and infrastructure capacity determine the practical limit.
Are cloud AI usage charges included?
No. If you connect a commercial cloud AI provider, that provider charges your organisation according to its own account and usage terms. A locally hosted AI model does not carry a FlinkISO AI usage charge.
Can we begin with the free application and add services later?
Yes. You can install and use FlinkISO first, then add API access, installation help, training, enterprise support or cloud hosting when your organisation needs them.
What happens when the Startup Plan ends?
Your application, data and completed forms continue to work. You only renew API access or purchase further support when you need those services.
