What is customization?

We have built this application expending significant efforts in consultation with QMS experts and Domain experts, however when it comes to the implementation of a management system, each organization will have its own unique requirements. FlinkISO "As-Is" can meet those requirements to a certain level, around 80% of your management system related tasks would be covered. You might however need to add a few extra modules to the application according to the specific requirement of your business / organisation. That is what we term as 'Customization'.

What does customization include? +

The scope for customization is very wide. You may want to change the existing modules, functionalities etc under customization. We can even add more modules as per specific requirements of your organization / business.
What's excluded in customization? +

Patches, bug fixes etc is not included in customization and will be provided to you Free of charge.
How much time does it take to customize? +

Depending upon your scope & complexity of your customization needs, it might take any where between 1 week to 2 weeks. The timelines will be communicated to you and a mutually agreeable time frame will be frozen and signed off.
Is it free? +

No. Customization means writing extra code & functionality specifically for you. Customization involves both time, efforts & resources for your specific needs, We are offering our services at best in the industry rates with top quality and short TAT.
What are your charges? +

Our man hour rates are extremely reasonable and highly competitive by industry standards. We will be extremely diligent so as to not charge you for anything which is not required or asked. We will work closely with you on your requirements and you will be billed only once we freeze the scope of work and duration it might require at a rate that we mutually agree upon.
Can we hire our own resource & customize FlinkISO? +

Yes ! but do remember, we have designed and developed the software from scratch and we know it better than anyone else. Hiring someone at your premise may cost you some extra bucks & time! Also, we do not provide any Help-Support if the application is customized by a third party.
