Example:
If the size of the documents & data combined is 40MB, you will be billed USD 40 (40x1.00) plus USD 80 against the API for a month.
If the size is 20MB, you will be billed USD 20 (20x1.00) plus USD 80 against the API for a month.
If the size is 120MB, you will be charged USD 36 (120x0.30) plus USD 80 against the API for a month.
if size is 250MB, you will be charged USD 75 (250x0.30) plus USD 80 against the API for a month.

How does the system calculate my usage?

The system will calculate your daily usage against document/ data stored on our server and average it off at the end of the month before generating the invoice. The invoice is then sent to you and is available in your application's Billing Section. You can pay the invoice in 7 days.

We don't know what would be the size of our data/ documents. How can we estimate our billing?

It would take years of data and documents to cross the 500MB+ threshold. The size of your data would be around 0-100MB for the initial 6-10 months. If you are a small organization your data size may not exceed 500MB for 2-3 years, provided you do not upload large high resolution images or documents/ PDFs of large size.

What is the benefit of this billing structure to us?

Since our billing is not user-license based, you can create as many users, branches/ locations, departments, employees without any restrictions. You only pay what you use viz "Storage" on our server. The more storage you use, the less we charge you to keep our pricing competitive. Additionally, you get priority Enterprise Support from our expert team, free updates & upgrades, daily backups of your system and free training.

Document Version Control

Security

Add password to secure your PDFs while you download them. System records every downloads with issue number & timestamps along with user details.

 

Validation

HTML forms created are automatically version controlled, ready with required validations as well as design/ layout you choose while creating these HTML forms.

 

Access Control

Each of these forms are either linked with the QMS document and by default inherit access restrictions based on document access.

 

Approvals
