Customer complaints can be added in the system along with complaint details like complaint source, date added and initial action taken.
Complaints can be assigned to users with target date.
Users get notification via email as well as on dashboard with details, target date.
You can add multiple images/documents to each customer complaint and share it with users to whom complaint is assigned.
Once acted upon, users can add their action taken and closer date.
Adding customer complaint to CAPA
If can add any customer complaint to CAPA. Once added, capa will follow its own actions, like, you can assign capa investigation, root cause analysis to different users. They will get notifications via email and on dashboard. They can add their reports/findings along with supporting documents, images etc
