FlinkISO is designed to empower it's users to manage their QMS data completely paperless. FlinkISO makes MR work much simpler as now you as a MR can assign tasks to various users and maintain your ISO 9001 data at a crentral location with colloberation with other users.   • What you can do as an MR? +

    1. You can create users, import existing employees, internal & external auditors. Create & manage management review meetings / Internal audits from schedule to adding internal audit details and generating and tracking CAPA & Non-Conformities, all of which then can be added onto the "timeline" & "notifications" feature.
    2. As the MR, you can provide access control to each user as prescribed by your organisation's rules.
    3. It is recommended that you create atleast one user for each department in each branch and provide them with limited access to the subsystem where they can frequently login and upoad all ISO related data pertinent to their department / branch.
    4. You can also set benchmarks of data entry for each user & department. Based on these settings, each users / branch's compliance will be compared and reported.
       
  • How it works? +

    • Each user added, can view / add / edit records in the system as per the roles assigned to him or her.
    • For every record added onto the system, users can upload related documents as evidence for the record.
    • MR can also configure which table would require evidences or approvals before publishing it, from backend

      1. Create new meetings
      2. Add Meeting Agendas
      3. Add chairperson & invitees, scheduled start time & end time

    • Meeting Details (5.0)
      1. Select earlier created meeting from drop down
      2. Add actual date & time
      3. Set current status, responsibility & target date for each topics
      4. Save meeting for furture reference
      5. You can also upload all documents related to meeting from meetings view.
    • Manage Internal Audits (8.2.2)
      1. First step is to create an audit schedule depending upon the audit plan you already have as per the QMS.
      2. You can then add details to the plan for each branch
        1. Add department, clauses, auditee, auditor, schedule start time & end time.
      3. Once your draft is ready, you can add supporting files and publish it on timeline which can be viewed by all users. An email will also be triggered to all the meeting participants.
    • CAPA (8.5.2, 8.5.3)
      1. While entering the audit details, if there are any non-confirmities found, it automatically generated a Corrective & Preventive action.
    • Benchmarking
      1. It is important to track the compliance to the application and therefore the ISO process in your organisation, to acheive that the application is equipepd with the benchmarking module, wherein you set a benchmark for every departments in each branch. Based on your input, the application will auto generate and display the readiness graphs on the main dashboard.
    • List of forms (4.2.3)
      1. All the forms which are available in the application and is listed here department-wise.
      2. Each form is linked to a table in the database.
      3. You can add your documents related to each format or edit the same.
      4. If there are any formats which are missing, it will be created as part of customisation and will be added to the system.
    • Uploading Quality Documents (4.2.3)
      1. You can upload your quality document for all your users to reference.
      2. Users will be able to download these documents for furture reference.
